Your first time breathing underwater is an experience to remember – and you will be surprised by just how much fun it is.

To book your try dive with Potteries Divers, simply pick an open slot below, add your details, read the terms and pay to confirm.

The cost is £35 per diver/person.

One booking per diver - please make separate bookings for additional divers.

Bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance. If no dive slots are available, that means we're fully booked for the next 90 days, in which case, please check back next week where additional future slots will be made available.

It's important you read the terms and conditions below before making your booking

They include an important medical declaration, arrival instructions and terms around cancellation. Payments cannot be refunded if a try dive is cancelled or doesn't take place due to medical requirements not being met.

Terms & conditions

Scuba diving is a safe activity. Anyone with a medical history of diabetes, blackouts (epilepsy etc), perforated eardrums, high blood pressure, heart disease, any lung or respiratory disorder or dependence on drugs may not be able to dive safely. If this is the case, specialist advice must be obtained before contemplating taking up this sport.

Every precaution will be taken for the safety of visitors and the club or centre organising the Try Dive reserves the right to terminate the session should there be reason to doubt fitness, ability or suitability to dive.

1) Try Dives are available on the understanding that the person(s) taking part:

a) Considers themselves medically fit and does not suffer from any of the disqualifying conditions mentioned above

b) If medically unfit, has obtained approval to dive from a medical referee, (https://ukdmc.org)

c) Will, in the interests of safety, comply with all instruction given to them by the instructor

d) Is able to swim and is confident in water

2) We do not run try dives for anyone below the age of 12

3) You agree to arrive at least 10 miuntes before your time slot.

4) You can rescheduled your try dive once free of charge, providing this is arranged no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment

5) Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or forfeiture of payment

6) Missed appointments or appointments cancelled within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of payment

7) We reserve the right to reschedule a booking due to unforseen circumstances out of our control, such as pool closure or instructor illness.
